Our rules help create a welcoming environment where every member can connect, explore, and enjoy themselves safely and without judgment.
By joining the Dual Desires community or attending one of our events, you agree to follow these rules, respect the instructions of our staff, and help us protect the comfort, privacy, and safety of everyone present.
Anyone who disregards these rules may be refused entry, removed from an event, suspended, or permanently removed from the Dual Desires community.
Dual Desires is a private, adults-only community created primarily for bisexual, pansexual, and bi-curious couples and singles.
All members and event guests must be at least 21 years old and may be required to show valid identification.
A complete and approved Dual Desires profile may be required before purchasing tickets or attending private events.
Male-presenting applicants and attendees must identify as bisexual, pansexual, or bi-curious. Straight male profiles are not accepted.
Event admission is always subject to membership approval, ticket availability, venue requirements, and the discretion of Dual Desires management.
No person, relationship, ticket, outfit, or location ever implies consent.
Always receive clear permission before touching, kissing, joining, photographing, or participating in any activity.
“No,” “stop,” hesitation, discomfort, or pulling away must be respected immediately, without argument or pressure.
Anyone may change their mind or stop an interaction at any time, even after an activity has already begun.
A person who is heavily intoxicated, impaired, unconscious, or unable to communicate clearly cannot give consent.
When in doubt, stop and ask. Consent should be clear, enthusiastic, informed, and ongoing.
✓ Treat every guest, staff member, entertainer, educator, and venue employee with dignity.
✓ Respect all identities, pronouns, orientations, bodies, relationship styles, boundaries, and experience levels.
✓ Accept rejection gracefully. No one owes another person attention, conversation, affection, or participation.
✓ Do not stalk, follow, intimidate, harass, threaten, shame, pressure, or repeatedly approach someone who has declined.
✓ Do not touch another person’s belongings, clothing, toys, or equipment without permission.
What happens within our private community must be treated with care and discretion.
✓ Do not disclose another guest’s identity, attendance, personal information, or activities without permission.
✓ Do not share screenshots, profile information, private messages, photos, or videos outside the community without consent.
✓ No photography, video, audio recording, livestreaming, or camera use in restricted areas.
✓ Photos or recordings are permitted only in approved locations and with the clear consent of every identifiable person.
✓ Dual Desires will not provide another member’s personal information. Contact members directly at an event or through their profile.
✓ Follow all posted venue rules and instructions from Dual Desires staff, security, and venue management.
✓ Nudity and sexual activity are permitted only in specifically designated areas.
✓ Ask before joining, watching closely, or approaching people who are playing.
✓ Keep conversations and voices low in play areas. Do not interrupt or create distractions.
✓ Use protective barriers, towels, and sanitation supplies when required. Clean the area after use.
✓ Dispose of trash and personal items properly. Notify staff immediately about spills, damage, hazards, or sanitation concerns.
✓ Keep outside noise to a minimum and respect neighboring properties, hotel guests, and surrounding communities.
Where an event requires couples to arrive, check in, or depart together, that requirement will be stated in the event details and must be followed.
✕ No harassment, assault, threats, violence, coercion, stalking, or nonconsensual activity.
✕ No illegal drugs, drug sales, or possession of unlawful substances.
✕ No prostitution, solicitation, trafficking, or exchanging sexual activity for money or anything of value.
✕ No weapons unless specifically authorized by law, the venue, and Dual Desires management.
✕ No unauthorized photography, recording, or sharing of private information.
✕ No unauthorized promotion, recruiting, ticket sales, advertising, or solicitation for competing events, businesses, products, or services.
Guests who appear overly intoxicated, impaired, disruptive, or unable to follow consent and safety rules may be denied entry or removed without refund.
If someone makes you uncomfortable, violates a boundary, appears unable to consent, or breaks an event rule, please notify a Dual Desires staff member or security officer immediately.
You will be taken seriously. Reporting a concern in good faith will not negatively affect your membership. Please do not attempt to investigate or physically handle a serious situation yourself.
Dual Desires management, staff, security, and venue personnel reserve the right to refuse admission, stop an activity, remove a guest, deactivate a profile, suspend membership, or permanently ban anyone whose conduct threatens the safety, privacy, comfort, or reputation of the community.
Serious incidents may also be reported to venue management or law enforcement when appropriate. Removal or denial of entry due to misconduct may occur without a ticket or membership refund.
Participation in Dual Desires activities is voluntary. Each guest is responsible for their own decisions, personal property, health, safety, boundaries, transportation, and conduct.
By attending, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, venue policies, ticket terms, waivers, and event-specific requirements. Any formal liability waiver or release presented during registration, ticket purchase, or check-in will also apply.
